•Assistant Residential Manager - Batavia NY•Assistant Residential Managers at Arc GLOW work under the direction of the Residential Manager. WHAT WOULD I BE DOING?
Assist in the completion of accurate paperwork to maintain compliance with OPWDD requirements and agency policy and procedures. Ensure compliance with documentation of services provided. Promote cooperation and successful interactions by maintaining open and positive communication with people receiving services, family members, and other service providers. Use various software platforms for specific job functions. Working in a team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION
High School diploma or equivalent required Previous supervisory experience Valid NYS driver's license with a safe driving record Excellent communication and organizational skills.
