Job Overview Our Long Island HUD Housing Management firm is looking for a person to supervise management of several sites in Suffolk County that would report to the Corporate Vice President.

Duties would include the following:

• Supervise On Site Management Staff and Maintenance Personnel
• Coordinate outside vendors when necessary
• Supervise handling of resident issues and collection of rent
• Respond to Emergencies when necessary
• Ability to prepare, monitor and analyze property budgets
• Review and distribute financial reports to property owners Experience and Qualifications
• College Degree in Management or Business Administration
• Proven track record of 3-5 years supervising staff
• Hands on Familiarity with HUD regulations including tenant recertifications and HUD assistance voucher submission
• Knowledge of HUD fair housing and reasonable accommodation procedures.
