Residential House Manager The Residential House Manager is responsible for supervision of staff and overseeing delivery of services for the people while properly maintaining and caring for the home.
Responsibilities:
Oversee operation of a community residence serving individuals with development disabilities Supervise, train and coach staff working within residential Develop and participant in individual program plans Ensure safety within residential facilities Participate with on-call rotation Prepare annual budget for approval by the Director of Residential Conduct team meetings Ensure accurate documentation and service billing is completed in a timely manner Comply with The Arc of Delaware County and OPWDD policies and procedures Ability to manage crisis situations and behaviors situations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, with three years' experience working with people with developmental disabilities or Bachelor's degree in human services with one year experience working with people with developmental disabilities Two years leadership experience preferred Valid NYS driver's license with acceptable driving record. Ability to lift 35 lbs. Must obtain and maintain Medication Administration, CPR and First Aid Certifications.
