Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations in construction and maintainence at residential estates. This role involves managing maintenance teams, managing contruction crews, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing the functionality of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing and general structual needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in facilities management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Property Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining safe, efficient, and well-maintained properties that meet organizational standards and client expectations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures in accordance with safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Manage facilities management software (CMMS) to track work orders, maintenance schedules, and asset records efficiently. Oversee electrical systems repair, HVAC system troubleshooting, low and high voltage electrical work, and schematics interpretation. Conduct engineering troubleshooting for complex mechanical systems issues using tools like voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular inspections and training staff on safety protocols related to industrial maintenance. Lead project management initiatives for large-scale repairs or upgrades while managing budgets, timelines, and team coordination. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and equipment records to support operational excellence. Skills Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams and must have strong back round in residential building. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical systems troubleshooting, and mechanical systems repair. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in MAC OS for reporting, communication, and documentation purposes. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals related to mechanical systems repair. Strong project management skills to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
