39835 Key Responsibilities & Details Property Manager - Affordable Housing We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an affordable housing community. The ideal candidate will have experience with HUD/Section 8 programs , strong leadership skills, and a background in property operations, compliance, budgeting, and resident relations. Position is paying $38//hour with a schedule of 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri Responsibilities Oversee daily property operations and supervise on-site staff. Maintain accurate resident, leasing, and maintenance records. Manage rent collection, deposits, and delinquency procedures. Process applications, certifications, and annual recertifications in compliance with affordable housing requirements. Prepare compliance reports and assist with regulatory inspections and audits. Develop marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy. Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance and variances. Coordinate staff schedules and oversee employee performance. Oversee maintenance, property inspections, and overall physical condition of the community. Ensure compliance with HUD, Section 8, Fair Housing, and applicable state and federal regulations. Build positive relationships with residents and promote resident satisfaction and retention. Prepare regular reports for management and corporate leadership. Qualifications 3+ years of residential property management experience; affordable housing experience strongly preferred. Experience with HUD/Section 8 programs. Knowledge of affordable housing compliance and recertification requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Property management software experience preferred. ARM, C3P, or other industry certifications are a plus. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
