Ensure compliance with HUD, DHCR, HFA, Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and all applicable laws Process move-ins, move-outs, and security deposits using property management software Maintain resident files, verifications, lease renewals, and collections Coordinate and conduct lease renewals, interim and annual recertifications Promote the property and build a strong sense of community among residents Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Affordable Housing (HUD/LIHTC/RD required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software Strong leasing, bookkeeping, and administrative skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills CRM Rental Management, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
