Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential property. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a thorough understanding of property maintenance, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires effective conflict management abilities and a solid grasp of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance and promote a positive living environment for residents. Duties Manage property leasing processes, including marketing available townhomes, screening potential residents, and executing lease agreements. Oversee property maintenance activities, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and repairs are addressed promptly. Maintain accurate records and files related to lease agreements, maintenance requests, and legal documents. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws governing property management. Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering positive relationships with residents. Coordinate with contractors for necessary repairs or renovations while managing budgets effectively. Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to safety standards. Prepare reports on property performance metrics, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures. Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to real estate management. Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail in record keeping. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle conflicts professionally. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
