KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and manage residential staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, staff meetings, ongoing development, and performance evaluations. Oversee individual service planning and care, including participation in ISP/IDT meetings and reviewing service plans, goals, and Plans of Protective Oversight for accuracy and compliance. Ensure program documentation and regulatory compliance through regular reviews, quality assurance checks, required reports, and timely submission of documentation. Manage incident reporting and follow-up, including reviewing incident reports, completing required documentation, and conducting investigations as assigned. Maintain health, safety, and emergency preparedness, including fire safety plans, staff training, fire drills, physical plant inspections, and corrective actions. Oversee program finances and individual funds, including personal allowance accounts, petty cash, receipts, and required fiscal submissions. Provide hands-on staff training and monitor service delivery, including Daily Living Skills, staff-to-individual interactions, data collection, billing documentation, and required staff training. Manage residence operations and agency resources, including facility maintenance, supplies, vehicle/fleet compliance, and ensuring the residence remains safe, clean, and operational. You have at least a Bachelor's degree in human services field You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an OPWDD-certified residential setting or 3 year of experience in supervisory experience You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills You are organized and detail-oriented You are technology savvy You are a strong team player and highly energetic
