PM Pay Rate:

$18.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Administer housing program compliance for lease renewals, certifications, interims, and move-in/out processing. Collect rents and manage delinquent accounts; prepare and submit weekly vacancy reports. Provide support to the Community Manager and coordinate marketing efforts for vacant units, including social media. Promote positive relationships with residents, prospects, and the public.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of prior apartment leasing experience. Experience with Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs. Proficiency in MS Office and accurate data entry; experience with Yardi Voyager or similar housing software is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
