May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year + Sign on Bonus!!
Property Manager responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of assigned property Oversee and lead property's personnel and assess their performance Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants Negotiate leases/contracts with prospects/contractors in a timely and reliable manner Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities Property Manager requirements: Proven work experience as a property manager Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects In-depth knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software Customer focus and bottom-line orientation Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills Well-organized with excellent time management skills Property Manager benefits: Health Dental Vision
