Property Manager Join our growing team, working with great staff and a growing apartment rental company, working at one of our communities. As a Property Manager you will be the first point of contact for anyone calling, visiting or emailing the property. The primary role is to tour, showcase our apartment homes and to execute leases! The ideal candidate will be outgoing, positive, customer service professional and can show a genuine interest in the people walking through the property door, while keeping focus on executing the rental. Prior office administration experience strongly desired and experience with 150+ units.

• Oversee maintenance and apartment planning & preparation
• Manage late notices and evictions as required on delinquent rents
