We're looking for a dependable, hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is committed to delivering outstanding service to our residents. As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry-related maintenance issues Complete maintenance service requests efficiently while providing exceptional customer service Perform apartment turns and help prepare homes for new residents Maintain the appearance and safety of the community in accordance with company standards Communicate professionally with residents and onsite team members regarding repairs and work order updates Participate in the rotating on-call schedule supporting
Fox Run Compensation & Incentives:
Base Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour Sign On Bonus $750.00 Up to 50%
Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions Morgan Essentials:
$300 quarterly
On-Call Appreciation:
$15/day for holding the on-call phone Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 paid holidays and sick leave
Hours & Schedule:
Monday -
Friday:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Rotating paid on-call participation required Must be available to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance needs Schedule subject to change based on business needs
What We'll Expect From You:
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance
HVAC/EPA
certification is preferred but not required for candidates with strong hands-on experience Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general carpentry Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the community Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment #AC6277 If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
