MANAGER - LANDSCAPE & SNOW SALES

Perfection Landscapes | Cleveland, Ohio Area Perfection Landscapes is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a sales-focused position responsible for developing new business, building strong client relationships, and growing our commercial portfolio across: Commercial Landscape Maintenance Landscape Installations & Enhancements Snow & Ice Management

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prospect and develop new commercial accounts Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, facility managers, and commercial clients Prepare estimates and proposals for landscape maintenance, installations, enhancements, and snow & ice services Conduct site visits and identify additional opportunities within existing accounts Follow up on leads, proposals, and upcoming projects Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and help grow their accounts Work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service Help drive continued growth for Perfection Landscapes

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who is motivated, competitive, organized, and comfortable going after new business. Landscape industry or B2B sales experience is strongly preferred. Knowledge of commercial landscaping and snow & ice management is a major plus. The ideal candidate is someone who can build relationships, understands the importance of follow-up, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone, walk into a property management office, or ask for the business.

$52,000.00 - $68,985.13 per year
