Looking for an Apartment Property Manager for our community in the Downtown Cleveland area, with 2 or more years of Property Management experience. This position offers a competitive compensation package. The Apartment Property Manager is a key business leader responsible for the successful operations of their community.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for operations of the property, including develop and manage the operating income/expenses, tenant relations, capital improvement needs, property maintenance and staff management. Lead and direct all business functions, leasing, marketing, and customer service for the community Hire, develop, and motivate your team. As well as direct activities of all on-site personnel and maintains a great working environment for all. Oversee the overall performance of the community and the well-being of residents Skills Critical to

Success:

2 plus years of Residential Property Management experience required Ensure financial reporting including invoicing, rental payment collections and payroll reporting. Oversee Marketing plans of the property and ensure marketing of property is leased at or above market occupancy and rent levels based on owners guidelines. Experience leading, developing, and managing teams. Oversee apartment turnovers, move-ins and move-outs as well as perform daily inspection of property to ensure upkeep and curb appeal. Excellent communication skills and an unmatched dedication to customer service. Experience in Property Management software programs
