• We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate House Manager to join our team at Cap City Supported Living in Hilliard, Ohio. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our clients in their own homes. This is a full-time position with weekends and second shift availability.
  
• Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate care for clients, including developing and implementing personalized care plans
  
• Supervise and train caregivers to ensure exceptional care and service
  
• Conduct client assessments and evaluate care plans to ensure effectiveness
  
• Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families, and caregivers
  
• Monitor and report any changes or concerns regarding client health and well-being
  
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

• Ideal Candidate:
