Come Join Our Team! Community Concepts (CCI) is a family-owned company dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. We are actively hiring Residential Coordinators (Home Managers) for our Milford site.
Qualifications :
Perfect candidate is reliable, adaptable, compassionate, attentive, and caring. Past experience as a Direct Support Professional DSP is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Residential Coordinator (Home Managers) manage the overall operation of the group home of 6 to 8 individuals and all Caregivers/Direct Support Professionals Assist with staff development training, etc. Coordinate with the home Nurse and Program Coordinators to ensure medication and programs are followed per state guidelines Mentoring current and new staff Perform DSP duties daily Ensure accurate and timely documentation Create staff schedules Payroll Participate in home and community activities
Requirements:
Prior experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities/Intellectual Disabilities preferred Prior staff scheduling experience preferred Must be at least 21 years of age HS Diploma/GED Must have less than 6 points on current driving record and current vehicle insurance Able to pass extensive background check and pre-employment drug screen Excellent verbal and written communication skills Residential Coordinato r (Home Manager) full time benefits offered: Paid Training Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid Birthday Day-off Benefit Vacation Days Tickets at Work Tapcheck on Indeed or on our career page at www.cciohio.com/apply
