Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Regional Property Manager to lead and oversee multiple commercial properties within the Centerville region. This pivotal role involves managing property operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service to tenants. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive property management experience, and a passion for maintaining high standards across all properties. Your proactive approach will drive operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and team success in a fast-paced environment. Duties Oversee daily operations of multiple property sites, ensuring efficient management and maintenance. Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy rates, rental income, and property value. Manage leasing activities, including lease or rental agreement management, tenant screening, and move-in/move-out processes. Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards. Lead and manage property management teams through effective team management practices and conflict resolution strategies. Handle client communication with professionalism via phone etiquette, email correspondence, and in-person interactions. Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and perform financial analysis to support profitable operations. Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet quality standards; address issues related to property upkeep or tenant concerns promptly. Negotiate contracts with vendors, service providers, and tenants to foster positive relationships and favorable terms. Maintain detailed records including filing of legal documents, lease agreements, incident reports, and maintenance logs using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar tools. Proven experience in property management within a real estate or property management company setting. Extensive knowledge of property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, Rent Manager or similar platforms. Strong understanding of legal administrative processes related to leasing, contracts, landlord-tenant law Demonstrated ability in team management with excellent conflict resolution skills. Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and data entry for multiple properties. Familiarity with property maintenance procedures and vendor negotiations is highly desirable.
