Prepare and manage the operating budget to control expenses & meet financial objectives. Develop, implement and monitor marketing strategy to maximize resident retention & generate a sustaining flow of qualified prospects. Regularly conduct marketing surveys to be aware of competitors' acivities in the surrounding marketplace; make recommendations based on survey analysis. Develop & implement positive resident relations programs for the community. Achieve & maintain designated occupancy goals and objectives.
