Part-Time Property Manager needed for Wooster, OH Manufactured Home Community. The property manager is responsible for the daily operations which includes rent collections, resident relations/communications, property inspections and rule enforcement, leasing, evictions, maintaining the curb appeal of community, supervision of property maintenance, among others. Prior property management experience very helpful. Wage based on experience. We offer competitive salary and administrative support.
