Full-time position to manage a 81-unit, professionally managed rental community in Wooster, Ohio. Must have the ability to work independently, manage others, and possess strong customer service and communication skills.

COMPENSATION

Range includes: Base Salary plus position is eligible for quarterly, mid-year, and annual bonus compensation. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Showing and renting available apartments Communicating with potential applicants Processing applications and preparing leases Rent Collection Daily use of Real Page One-Site software Accounting Data Entry Resident Customer Service Manage and work closely with Maintenance Staff Managing and Scheduling Vendors Manage ongoing improvement projects Preparation of weekly and quarterly reports Preparation of annual operating budget

Requirements :

Strong PC and Internet Skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook Experience with Real Page One-Site highly preferred Ability to learn with minimal direction Very strong customer service skills. Sales experience a plus, but not required Multifamily / Property Management experience required This is a full time, professional position, with vacation, paid holidays, and other benefits. However, health insurance is not currently offered with this position. Note - this is NOT a "live on site" position. An apartment is not part of the compensation package. A mandatory background and drug test will be conducted. This is an "Exempt" position, on salary. Salary and bonus plan will be commensurate with experience.
