The leasing manager will skillfully manage the following job duties. Negotiate leases and contracts with current and prospective tenants Oversee and monitor maintenance workers and contractors Show units and provide some staging Collect applications and screen prospective tenants Actively identify property maintenance or repairs through routine inspections Rent responsibilities: collecting and adjusting rent, regularly compare local market value to stay rent competitive Cooperatively resolve tenant requests and complaints Arrange community events Handle all aspects of tenant move in and outs: inspections, determine security deposit returns Positive leader and team member
