• (McMinnville, OR 97128) Onsite Apartment Manager (McMinnville, OR) JK Management is looking for a dependable full-time Onsite Apartment Manager.

All applicants must be 18 or older and must pass a criminal background check. This position is for a 138-unit apartment complex in McMinnville, OR. Compensation includes a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment valued at $2,375/month plus monthly salary of $4,019.17. Managers are required to live onsite in the apartment provided. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Day to day complex operations
• Showing apartments and accepting applications
• Accepting rent and completing deposits
• Daily inspection/cleaning of the grounds and garbage enclosures
• Posting notices to residents
• Managing the turnover of move-ins and move-outs
• Covering duties for neighboring complexes
• Light maintenance 3-5 years of apartment management experience is required. Office hours are held Monday
• Friday total of 35 hours per week.
• There is a mandatory criminal background check
