Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Property Manager Waymark Property Management, a growing, comprehensive, service-oriented, property management company, currently manages a portfolio of over 350 residential units in the Carlisle and greater Harrisburg region. Headquartered in Carlisle, Waymark prides itself on superior customer service to both property owners and tenants. We are actively seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to manage all aspects of a portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess superior communication skills, be organized, effective, thoughtful, forward thinking, growth minded and will align with Waymark's Core Values. A real estate license and 1-year of experience in property management are required.Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with and work effectively with staff, tenants, vendors, and property owners, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Manage all aspects of portfolio, including but not limited to, marketing, showing, application approval, lease preparation, move-in, tenant relations, property inspections, maintenance and work orders, move-out, property turn-over, lease renewals, rent collection, and evictions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, ordinances, and regulations, and Fair Housing Laws.
- Fully utilize property management software, Appfolio, for all aspects of managing properties, including, but not limited to, marketing, leasing, renewal, communication, and running reports.
- Continually seek growth opportunities for Waymark and willingness to grow and adapt operational processes.
