This position oversees planning, coordination, and supervision to ensure each individual receives effective support and opportunities for personal growth. As a Residential Services Supervisor, you will perform the following duties:ISP Coordination:
Ensure Individual Support Plans reflect each person's needs, preferences, and goalsSafety Oversight:
Monitor living areas and review incident data to promote safe and healthy environmentsTeam Leadership:
Guide interdisciplinary teams in developing training plans and documenting required meetingsPlan Monitoring:
Review records and observe services to confirm recommendations are completed accuratelyStaff Supervision:
Direct and evaluate Residential Services Workers to support productive and effective work performanceQuality Review:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday- Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Three years of professional experience providing therapeutic care and services for individuals with a developmental disability, which included the development and implementation of individual residential support plans and services, and possession of an active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania; or One year of professional experience providing therapeutic care and services for individuals with a developmental disability, which included the development and implementation of individual residential support plans and services, and a bachelor's degree in human services, behavioral sciences, education, or nursing; or Two years of professional experience providing therapeutic care and services for individuals with a developmental disability, which included the development and implementation of individual residential support plans and services, and a bachelor's degree.Special Requirements:
All employees must meet the qualifications of a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) as outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations. Applicants who qualify based on authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania who currently possess an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.Other Requirements:
