Community Manager (Lease-Up) | Trolley Square Berger Communities is seeking a Lease-Up Community Manager to help launch Apartments at 1021, our new Class A luxury apartments in Wilmington, DE, with leasing anticipated to begin in May 2027. Prior to the lease-up, you'll join our team and work from either our Kennett Square Apartments or Willowbrook Apartments to learn Berger's operations, culture, and resident-focused approach while helping prepare for a successful community launch. Apartments at 1021 is currently under development in Wilmington, DE. Until the community opens, this position will be based in Boothwyn, PA or Kennett Square, PA to support operations and pre-leasing efforts.

Schedule:

Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM What You'll Do You'll be the face and force behind the day-to-day success of the community. Your leadership will drive everything from leasing results to resident satisfaction.
