Your Job As a PATH Supervisor, you will lead and support a team dedicated to strengthening families, preventing crises, and creating pathways to stability and success. Through coaching, mentorship, and oversight, you'll ensure families receive high-quality services while empowering staff to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and caregivers. Your leadership will help families build stronger foundations, overcome challenges, and create lasting positive change.

Champion a family-centered approach that recognizes strengths, encourages growth, and promotes lasting stability

Serve as a trusted leader during difficult moments, helping staff and families navigate challenges with compassion and purpose

Strengthen community partnerships that expand resources, opportunities, and support systems for children and families What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related human services field

2 years of experience working with children and families in community-based, prevention, family preservation, or child welfare services

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff while maintaining service quality and program goals

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Valid driver's license, insurance, registration, and reliable transportation What Puts You Ahead 1 year of previous supervisory or leadership experience

Experience in family preservation, PATH, prevention, reunification, or child welfare programs

Knowledge of assessment tools, parenting curricula, and family-centered service models

Experience building relationships with referral sources and community partners
