Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field required. Three or more years progressive Management experience in Behavioral Health can be considered in lieu of Bachelor's.Experience :
A minimum of 3 years' experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders, a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience, and a minimum of 3 years administrative experience required. Must have valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including spreadsheets. Experience managing scheduling and budgets preferred.
