The selected candidate will:
Interface with staff and the community to achieve optimum balance between service, quality, consistency, community awareness, and effective utilization of clinical resources. Provide the leadership and vision needed to deliver quality programming and treatment within Devereux standards. Work closely with other departments to ensure clinical objectives are obtained. Lead clinical staff supervision, development programs and clinical programming for the adults and children receiving services. Mentor and develop our clinical team.Keywords:

Valid Drivers License. Licensed psychologist OR Master's degree with certification in field of study required. (i.e.BCBA, LPC, LCSW, BSL, LSW
) Candidates without current certification will be considered if eligibility is met to sit for certification exams. Certification can be funded through Devereux ASCEND. Five years progressive responsibility in human services. Experience with differential diagnosis; training in cultural diversity and sensitivity. Experience with behavioral intervention assessment and knowledge of psychological assessments and behavioral inventories. Experience providing clinical services, supervising services and or coordinating clinical services. Strong communication and supervision skills. Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
