Job Summary The Property Manager oversees the maintenance, safety, and overall condition of the Oil City YMCA's late-1970s main facility and its separate child care location. Responsibilities include performing routine repairs and preventive maintenance; monitoring aging building systems, pool equipment, water quality, and pool chemical supplies; coordinating contractors and service vendors; supporting custodial operations; maintaining the buildings and grounds; and responding to facility concerns and emergencies. This position helps ensure that both locations remain safe, clean, welcoming, and fully operational for YMCA members, children, families, and staff. As our Property Manager, you'll help care for the Oil City YMCA's main facility and separate child care location.

Routine repairs & preventive maintenance Pool equipment Water quality & chemical supply monitoring Monitoring HVAC Plumbing, electrical & mechanical systems Coordinating contractors and service vendors Supporting custodial operations Maintaining buildings and grounds Responding to facility concerns and emergencies Helping keep our Y safe, clean, welcoming, and ready for our members, children, families, and staff Qualifications Facility maintenance or building-operations experience preferred Experience with older buildings and/or pools, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems is a plus Valid driver's license Basic computer skills Ability to perform hands-on maintenance work CPO certification preferred The selected candidate must be willing to obtain CPO, CPR/AED, and Pesticide Applicator certifications and, if needed, a CDL. Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 28.0 - 40.0 per week
