Full-Time Position Overview Spire Builders is seeking a highly organized, confident, customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment to lead our growing Estate Care Division. Estate Care operates within Spire Builders, Inc. with the mission to provide premium home maintenance and support services for discerning homeowners. Estate Care clients have access to Spire's in-house team of top-tier technicians ensuring critical systems including HVAC, generators, and water filtration are professionally managed throughout the year. Estate Care also delivers custom construction projects for its clients. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Estate Care Division.
• Develop and implement clear, consistent processes for handling client requests, scheduling, field work, documentation, approvals, billing, and job closeout.
• Manage and coordinate employees, subcontractors, vendors, and specialty trades.
• Serve as a key point of contact for Estate Care clients and ensure excellent communication and follow-through.
• Monitor open jobs, schedules, completed work, and outstanding client requests to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Review work for quality, completeness, and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with accounting to ensure all work is properly documented and invoiced.
• Monitor job costs, labor, materials, pricing, margins, and overall profitability.
• Identify problems early and take action to improve efficiency and financial performance.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in residential construction, property management, estate management, service management, or a related field
• Proven experience leading and managing employees
• Strong organizational, communication, and financial management skills
• Experience managing budgets, job costing, and overall financial performance
• Comfortable using scheduling, project management, and other business software

Compensation and Benefits Salary:

$80K - $120K based on experience and qualifications
