About Us The mission of Residential Care Services, Inc. is to enhance the quality of life for persons in mental health recovery by providing individualized community-based support while promoting dignity, health, and wellness. Building Monitor The Building Monitor is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, secure, and well-functioning living environment for residents. This position oversees the general upkeep of the building, surrounding property, apartments, and resident bedrooms through the performance of routine custodial, maintenance, and monitoring duties. The Building Monitor serves as a visible presence on the property, helping to ensure that facility standards are maintained and that residents adhere to established rules and expectations. The Building Monitor will interact with clients in a professional and respectful manner, helping to address concerns, reinforce community guidelines, and promote a positive residential environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a commitment to resident safety and property care. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support the operation of the facility and the well-being of its residents.
