Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Oversee lease or rental agreement management Utilize property management tools like Yardi and DoorLoop to track financials, maintenance requests, tenant communications, and reporting. Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management activities to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards are met. Manage budgets diligently, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining high service levels. Handle client communication effectively through excellent phone etiquette and professional correspondence; resolve conflicts promptly using conflict management skills. Supervise team members by providing guidance on property management procedures, customer service excellence, and data entry accuracy. Maintain detailed records through filing systems and data entry processes; prepare reports for senior leadership on property performance metrics. Skills Extensive experience with property management software including Yardi Strong knowledge of legal administrative processes related to leasing agreements, contracts and Office experience requirements. Proven ability to manage multiple properties efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and client communication. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with conflict management expertise to resolve disputes amicably while protecting company interests.
