Role Overview As the Residential Program Manager (RPM) for the 3:00 PM•11:00 PM shift, you will provide critical leadership support to the Director of Compliance & Clinical Operations and the Program Administrator. You are responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, maintaining staff coverage, managing crisis situations, and maintaining high standards of care during evening hours. Key Responsibilities 1.
Evening Shift & Team Leadership Supervision & Coaching:
Direct, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to 3:00 PM•11:00 PM residential direct support staff.
Shift Organization:
Plan and organize daily evening client activities, routines, schedules, and staff assignments.
Staffing & Coverage:
Make real-time scheduling adjustments to ensure safe, compliant, and appropriate shift coverage. 2.
Clinical Support & Operational Liaison Protocol Execution:
Assist with implementing clinical protocols, exercise routines, and specialized treatment plans.
Interdisciplinary Communication:
Serve as the main liaison between evening residential staff, clinical teams, and on-call leadership.
Staff Development:
Distribute clinical materials and reinforce therapy directives across the care team. 3.
Crisis Management & Compliance Incident Management:
Identify, manage, and resolve crisis situations or significant events promptly and calmly.
Documentation:
Ensure all required shift logs, incident reports, and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. (Associate/Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Human Services, or Psychology is a plus!)
Leadership Experience:
Minimum 6 months of proven leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience in direct care, residential settings, healthcare, or human services (e.g., Lead DSP, RPM, Shift Supervisor, Caregiver Manager).
Licensure:
Active and valid Driver's License required.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a calm, decisive approach to crisis management.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to continuously stand/walk during the shift, occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and assist clients with mobility as needed.
