Real Estate Services Coordinator - Radnor, PA Job Description The Real Estate Services Coordinator provides on-site administrative and operational support across multiple commercial properties in Radnor, PA. In this role, you deliver responsive customer service to tenants and vendors, support property and facilities management activities, and assist multiple managers with day-to-day coordination tasks. You help ensure that building operations run smoothly by managing invoicing, coordinating contractors, and facilitating clear communication among all stakeholders during a defined assignment period, with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service support to tenants and vendors, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests. Support multiple property and facilities managers across several properties by handling day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with internal procedures. Assist with preparing and coordinating contractors for on-site work, including scheduling and communication of requirements. Communicate with utility companies to support ongoing building operations and resolve service-related issues. Conduct site visits as needed to observe property conditions, support maintenance activities, and follow up on service requests. Maintain regular communication with vendors to coordinate services, confirm work completion, and address operational needs. Handle tenant communications, including distributing information, addressing concerns, and escalating issues to managers when appropriate. Support energy management activities as directed, helping to monitor and coordinate energy-related initiatives. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records related to property maintenance, purchase orders, invoicing, and other administrative functions. Assist with dispatching and coordinating service requests to appropriate vendors or internal teams. Use Microsoft Office applications to prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence in support of property operations. Collaborate closely with the property and facilities management team to ensure efficient, organized, and consistent service delivery. Essential Skills Proven experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications. Hands-on invoicing experience, including processing, tracking, and basic reconciliation. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Experience performing administrative support tasks such as data entry, documentation, and record keeping. Ability to manage multiple tasks and support several managers and properties simultaneously. Effective verbal and written communication skills for clear tenant, vendor, and utility company interactions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling invoices, purchase orders, and property maintenance records. Work Environment This is a fully on-site role based at a commercial property location in Radnor, PA, with standard working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You work within a property and facilities management environment, supporting multiple properties and managers from an office setting while also conducting occasional site visits. The position relies heavily on the use of Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment for invoicing, documentation, and communication. The assignment is scheduled to run from August 4, 2026, through January 25, 2027, with the possibility of extension. The interview process typically includes a first step conducted virtually, followed by a second step held in the Radnor office. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Radnor, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
