24 per hour Full Time (40 Hours) Comprehensive Benefits Package Now offering DailyPay; A financial wellness platform that enables employees to access earned wages before payday SUMMARY Responsible for the overall supervision and daily operations of the assigned STRIDE group home, including oversight of the individuals served, direct care staff, and the delivery of quality residential services. Ensures a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment while promoting compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and Joint Commission standards. The STRIDE Program is a Joint Commission-accredited residential treatment program serving children and adolescents with intensive behavioral health needs that require an extended length of stay. The program provides specialized, family-centered treatment for youth with mental health diagnoses and intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, with the goal of developing the skills and supports necessary for successful reintegration into their families and communities. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree plus one year work experience with children. OR Associate's degree or 60 credit hours plus 3 years work experience with children.
