If so, we'd love to meet you. Silverleaf Management is a growing community association management company serving communities throughout Georgia and Alabama. We're looking for an experienced Association Manager who is great with people, communicates well, stays on top of the details, and knows how to keep things moving. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations Serve as the primary point of contact for Boards of Directors and build strong, trusted relationships with them Lead and coordinate board meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up items Manage vendor relationships, contracts, maintenance needs, and community improvement projects Review budgets, financials, and monthly reports with support from our accounting team Communicate with homeowners and handle compliance issues and escalations professionally Make sure your communities stay organized, compliant, and well-maintained What We're Looking For Active Georgia CAM license or Georgia real estate license — required At least 2 years of HOA, condominium, townhome, or community association management experience Strong communication skills and the confidence to work directly with board members Someone who can handle homeowner concerns and challenging situations calmly and professionally Comfortable reviewing budgets, financial reports, and monthly financials Highly organized, responsive, accountable, and good at following through Comfortable using property management software, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other technology What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match Flexible schedule and hybrid work arrangement Supportive leadership and a collaborative team Opportunities for advancement as Silverleaf continues to grow Why Silverleaf?
