full-time HOA Portfolio Manager Iron & Ivory Management, Inc. | Concord, CA Full-Time | Hybrid Schedule | Competitive Salary + Benefits Iron & Ivory Management is seeking an experienced HOA Portfolio Manager to join our growing team. We are a boutique community association management company focused on providing responsive, high-quality service to our Boards and homeowners throughout the Bay Area. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, proactive, and confident managing multiple communities while building strong relationships with Board members, homeowners, vendors, and industry partners. Position Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HOA/community association management experience
- Experience managing a portfolio of condominium and/or homeowners associations
- Strong understanding of HOA operations, Board governance, budgets, vendor management, maintenance coordination, and homeowner communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to independently prioritize competing deadlines
- Comfortable conducting Board meetings and communicating with Boards of Directors
- Working knowledge of California HOA requirements and the Davis-Stirling Act preferred
- CMCA® or other industry designation is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to properties throughout the Bay Area for site visits, meetings, and property needs Schedule This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our corporate office in Concord, California.
- 4 days per week in the Concord office
- 1 work-from-home day per week
- Regular property visits throughout the Bay Area
