Service Star Realty is seeking an experienced, licensed Property Manager to manage an established portfolio of approximately 200 single-family homes throughout the Phoenix metro area with support from our administrative team. Responsibilities Manage an assigned portfolio of single-family homes Communicate with owners, residents, and vendors Coordinate maintenance turnovers Oversee move-in, move-out inspections, and lease renewals Market vacant properties and develop rental pricing recommendations using market comparisons Maintain accurate records in Propertyware Ensure compliance with Arizona Landlord-Tenant Law Qualifications Active Arizona Real Estate License 3+ years of recent single-family property management experience Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with excellent follow-through Comfortable learning and navigating multiple technology platforms (Propertyware experience a plus) What We Offer $73,000-$88,000 annually (includes performance bonus potential) Hybrid schedule 20 days PTO Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Ongoing training and career growth Supportive team environment Please note: This position requires recent single-family residential property management experience.
