Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, independent, and detail-oriented Part-Time Property Manager to handle operations for our residential community. This role is ideal for a structured problem solver who enjoys managing a property efficiently, setting clear standards, and working with minimal day-to-day oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Operations:
Manage daily tasks independently to maintain low vacancy rates and property quality.
Rent Collection:
Manage monthly billing, logs, and late payment follow-ups consistently using DoorLoop.
Vendor Coordination:
Schedule, oversee, and hold maintenance contractors accountable to quality standards.
Leasing & Compliance:
Screen prospective tenants thoroughly and process rental paperwork accurately.
Property Audits:
Perform routine property inspections to proactively identify and resolve maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in residential property management or operations. Dependable knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and fair housing standards. Experience with DoorLoop or similar property management software systems. Clear, direct communication style and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent time management with a proven ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
Pay:
$25.00 - $50.00 per hour
