Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Property Manager or Property Management Assistant who has previous experience in property management. The ideal candidate has experience with residential property management, condominium/HOA management, rental properties, or property maintenance coordination and is comfortable handling both administrative and field responsibilities.
Responsibilities may include:
Communicating with property owners, HOA/condo Board members, residents, and tenants Coordinating vendors, contractors, maintenance, and repairs Following up on ongoing projects and property issues Conducting property inspections Assisting with condominium and HOA management Assisting with rental property management Preparing notices, correspondence, and property documentation Maintaining organized property and association records Assisting with invoices and general administrative tasks Meeting vendors or contractors at properties when needed Handling day-to-day property management matters Previous property management experience is required. Experience with condominium associations or HOAs is strongly preferred. Applicants should be organized, dependable, comfortable working independently, and have reliable transportation. Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 35.0 per week
