High (~50%-70% travel across the Eastern Region) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, high-impact Regional Director to drive operational excellence, cultural integration, and top-line expansion across our platform of property management companies. Reporting directly to the CEO of JWB Companies , you will serve as the primary operational partner to the lead operator at each property management business within our platform company across the Eastern United States. Currently, our platform includes established, high-performing businesses in Jacksonville, FL , Charlotte, NC , and Atlanta, GA , with an aggressive growth strategy to acquire and integrate 2 to 3 additional property management businesses nationwide each year . Your primary mission will be to partner with local leadership to scale operations outside of NE FL - optimize profit margins, cultivate strong staff cultures, expand doors under management, and present monthly financial performance and strategic updates directly to the JWB Executive Team & Board of Directors .
Key Responsibilities Executive Leadership & Board Reporting Direct CEO Engagement:
Work directly with the CEO of JWB Companies to align regional operational strategies with overarching corporate growth targets and investment criteria.
Board Presentations:
Prepare and present comprehensive monthly financial reports, performance metrics, and strategic updates to the JWB Board of Directors.
Strategic Alignment:
Synthesize field-level data into actionable strategic insights for executive leadership, flagging risks and capitalizing on regional expansion opportunities. Operational Excellence & Margin Expansion Partner with
Lead Operators:
Act as the strategic advisor and operational coach to lead operators at each market location, holding local leadership accountable to key performance indicators (KPIs).
Process Optimization:
Identify and implement operational efficiencies, technology stacks, and maintenance/leasing workflows across all locations to boost operational effectiveness (likely will be customized to each individual business unit).
Margin Enhancement:
Analyze business-level P&Ls to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize third-party vendor contracts, and drive ancillary revenue strategies to maximize unit-level profitability.
Portfolio Expansion & Integration Increase Doors Under Management:
Collaborate with local marketing and sales teams to drive organic growth strategies targeting single-family and multi-family property owners.
M&A Onboarding & Integration:
Lead the post-acquisition operational integration of 2-3 new property management businesses annually, ensuring seamless transitions for staff, owners, and tenants onto the platform.
Culture & Talent Development Culture Cultivation:
Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and supportive team culture within each geographically dispersed regional office.
Talent Development:
Partner with local lead operators to recruit, train, retain, and mentor top operational talent within all regional business units.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site property management operations, regional executive management, or platform integration within real estate services.
Board & Executive Exposure:
Proven track record of managing P&Ls and presenting financial, operational, and strategic performance directly to CEOs, executive committees, or Boards of Directors.
Scale & Integration Expertise:
Demonstrated success in scaling property management businesses, increasing doors under management, optimizing operating margins, and integrating acquired companies.
Financial Acumen:
Advanced knowledge of property management financials, budget creation, P&L ownership, and margin enhancement levers.
Leadership Style:
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; adept at building trust with seasoned operators and leading through influence.
Mobility:

Base Salary:
