We are a rapidly growing real estate investment and property management company that owns and operates short-term rentals for ourselves and other property owners. We're seeking a motivated apprentice who is eager to learn, ready to take on responsibilities, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. This role is perfect for someone excited to grow and develop their career in real estate, learn the operations of short-term rental management, learn how to boost occupancy through marketing and social media, manage vendors, create raving reviews from guests, and maximize profitability. This is a mostly work-from-home position; however, there will be some travel needed 1-2 times per month locally, where properties are located (North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina) We look forward to meeting you and helping you take the first step in your real estate career!

Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation package that is flexible based on experience and qualifications. Pay will be commensurate with skills, expertise, and industry standards. We are committed to ensuring fair and equitable pay for all candidates. $18-$26 per hour, based on experience, with potential for increases as our portfolio grows .

Responsibilities:

Guest Communication:

Handle guest inquiries and ensure they have a seamless and positive experience during their stay.

Contractor Coordination:

Communicate with and schedule contractors for property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.

Property Walks:

Occasionally walk properties to inspect conditions and ensure they meet our high standards and schedule issues accordingly.

Owner Communication:

Maintain effective communication with property owners to keep them updated on property performance and any maintenance or operational issues.

Operational Support:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of short-term rental management, including property upkeep and guest services.

Problem Solving & Project Management:

Take on various tasks that require troubleshooting, organization, and follow-through.

Brand & Social Media Growth:

Help us expand our brand by contributing to our social media presence, content creation, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, direct booking website, etc.).

Creative Input:

Assist in brainstorming and executing marketing strategies to promote our properties and brand online. Ability to travel to property locations once a month: While this will vary from month to month, this is expected (gas stipend provided).
