Property Management Assistant
Job Description
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a knack for property maintenance and exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Property Management Assistant and play a vital role in ensuring the quality and smooth operation of our diverse portfolio of residential vacation, academic term, and yearly rental properties.
Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to and address maintenance requests from tenants. Track, schedule, and facilitate services with external contractors and vendors. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties meet our high-quality standards. Oversee budgeting and scheduling of property cleaners Manage key production and tracking for all rental units. Perform minor home repairs and maintenance tasks (e.g., changing door knobs, repairing screens). Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service requests, and property conditions. Facilitate positive and professional interactions with tenants, owners, and external vendors. Address and resolve customer concerns related to property maintenance. Availability to work some weekends.Qualifications:
Proven experience in residential property maintenance, preferably within a rental property environment. Demonstrated ability to perform basic home repairs and address common maintenance issues. Strong organizational skills with the ability to track, prioritize, and follow up on multiple service requests. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering positive customer interactions. Detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring properties meet established quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability to work some weekends.Compensation:
