This role requires candidates to reside on Block Island during the work week, as dictated by the ferry schedule.

Position Details:

Position 1: Provide 1:1 support to a designated student, ensuring individualized care and guidance, along with periodic coverage responsibilities to support other students as needed. Position 2: Serve as classroom-based support, collaborating with teachers to enhance instruction and provide targeted assistance to students across various learning activities.

Key Qualifications:

Experience as a Paraprofessional in a school setting Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and adaptability Ability to follow individualized education plans and work closely with a multidisciplinary team RBT certification preferred, but not required Must be able to live on Block Island during the work week (reliable transportation to comply with the ferry schedule is essential)

Primary Responsibilities:
