A well-established client is seeking an Onsite Property Manager for a community in Anderson, SC. This is direct-hire, fully-onsite opportunity supporting a portfolio with strong occupancy and high resident demand.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day onsite operations Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and external owners Coordinate and support showings and property inspections Partner closely with internal team members to maintain strong service, communication, and property standards Track and support performance goals tied to occupancy and rent delinquency

Requirements:

Active Property Management License required Willing/able to use a personal vehicle for showings and inspections (mileage reimbursed) Experience with property management software is helpful; AppFolio experience is a plus
