Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties in Horry County. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. They will provide exceptional service to our clients, tenants, vendors and property owners. Must be available

• Friday 8am-4pm Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of day-to-day property needs, ensuring all properties all well maintained
• Ensure compliance with leasing policies and procedures
• Handle tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
• Conduct property tours for potential tenants
• Oversee maintenance, repairs and vendors
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Afterhours cell phone for emergency repairs as needed
• Oversee HOA fines/violations and documents that are needed
• Collect and process rent payments
• Preparing and writing leases, management agreements and other rental documents
• Filing and coordinating evictions and related documentation Experience
• Previous experience in property management or related field is Required
• South Carolina Property Management license is Required
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to property management
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with tenants, owners, vendors and maintenance professionals

Pay:

$23.00

• $25.
