What You'll Be Responsible For Leading the day-to-day operations of the community Managing occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention Overseeing rent collections, delinquency management, and lease administration Ensuring LIHTC compliance and timely resident recertifications Supervising maintenance service delivery and property appearance Reviewing property reports, occupancy trends, and operational performance Building positive resident relationships and addressing concerns promptly Supporting marketing initiatives to maintain strong occupancy levels Conducting property inspections and ensuring community standards are upheld Qualifications LIHTC / Affordable Housing experience

Prior Property Manager experience in multifamily housing Strong understanding of affordable housing compliance and recertifications Proven success maintaining occupancy and collections goals Experience leading onsite teams and managing daily operations Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience with OneSite or similar property management software preferred #IND
