Overview As an Community Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful operation and management of our residential properties. Your dynamic role will encompass everything from tenant relations to property maintenance, ensuring that our communities thrive and residents feel at home. You will leverage your expertise in property management and customer service to create a welcoming environment while upholding compliance with all relevant regulations. What you'll do Manage day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring high standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction Oversee leasing processes, including marketing available units and conducting property showings Handle tenant inquiries, resolve conflicts, and foster positive relationships within the community Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law, maintaining a fair and equitable living environment Utilize property management software for data entry, filing, and customer relationship management Coordinate maintenance requests through Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to ensure timely resolutions Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to optimize property services and costs Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and uphold safety standards Continuously analyze maintenance, administrative, and other expenses to maximize profits while reducing expenses. Any other tasks as assigned by the employee's supervisor/manager and/or in accordance with business needs.
