We currently manage properties in Tennessee, Virginia, Florida, and Pennsylvania and are committed to creating welcoming environments where residents can thrive. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Community Manager to lead operations at our property in Greeneville, TN. If you are a customer-focused professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for community building, we want to hear from you! 1. Community Leadership & Representation Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, and external stakeholders. Represent Touchstone Property Management with professionalism, positivity, and integrity. Foster a sense of community by organizing engagement initiatives and promoting a welcoming atmosphere. 2. Resident Services & Retention Attract and retain residents through proactive marketing and exceptional customer service. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly and effectively. Manage lease renewals and tenant retention strategies to maintain a stable community environment. 3. Property Operations & Maintenance Conduct daily inspections of community grounds and homes to ensure cleanliness and safety. Identify maintenance needs and coordinate with the maintenance team to complete work orders efficiently. Oversee capital improvement projects and ensure timely execution to enhance property value. 4. Financial Management Ensure timely rent collection with a goal of maintaining 95% or higher revenue collection. Monitor and report on financial performance, assisting with budget management and cost controls. 5. Compliance & Administration Enforce community rules, lease agreements, and local/state regulations consistently. Manage the eviction process when necessary in accordance with legal guidelines. Perform administrative tasks including record-keeping, document management, and reporting.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Prior experience in property management, manufactured housing, or affordable housing is a plus. Marketing and leasing experience is highly desirable.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Skills:
Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar), and web-based document management. Experience with property management and accounting software is preferred.
Attributes:
Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive, results-driven approach.
Compensation & Benefits:
