Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tenant Services Coordinator to join our commercial real estate team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, property management staff, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. Your expertise will help foster positive tenant relationships, streamline lease management processes, and support the overall operational efficiency of our property portfolio. Duties Act as the main liaison between tenants and property management to address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate lease or rental agreement processes Manage tenant onboarding, lease renewals, rent collection, and tracking using property management tools such as Yardi or OneSite Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, lease documents, legal notices, and compliance documentation including Landlord-Tenant Law and Fair Housing regulations Coordinate property maintenance requests with facilities management teams to ensure timely resolution of issues Assist with budgeting activities related to tenant services and property operations Support compliance with Section 8 housing programs and LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations Handle conflict management situations professionally, mediating disputes between tenants or vendors while maintaining positive relationships Conduct regular client communication via phone, email, or in-person visits to enhance customer satisfaction and upselling opportunities Prepare reports on tenant activities, lease status updates, and property performance metrics for management review Support legal administrative processes related to contracts, lease agreements, amendments, and notices Experience Proven experience in property management administration or real estate administrative roles within commercial or residential settings is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, filing, reporting and correspondence Background in facilities management or property maintenance coordination is advantageous Ability to lead or support team initiatives effectively within a collaborative environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding tenant experiences while ensuring operational excellence. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
